The Women and the American Revolution lecture takes place during the Four Centuries in a Weekend event on Sunday, October 18 from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
It is a free lecture presented by historian, Joel Farkas at historic Twin Maples in Summit, 214 Springfield Avenue. Reservations are not required. The lecture will discuss the important contributions women made to society during the late 1700's and to the war effort during the Revolutionary War period. The lecture honors the celebration of the 250th Anniversary of he American Revolution.
